Orangebird Resources are designed to encourage young adults and adults to learn. The ways to motivate the adult learner and create a positive environment for learning is to meet their varied needs. Adults must be able to participate in the learning process, feel they have some control, and keep their belief system while also feeling comfortable accepting changes.
